The hides originate from the food industry in southern Germany, where they are a by-product. Tanning is carried out solely using renewable, plant-based substances – free from chrome, aluminum, and synthetic additives.

Our leather is breathable, skin-friendly, and certified with the international ECARF quality seal for allergy sufferers. Biokreis certification also confirms compliance with the principles of organic farming and fair regionality, while the Natureplus seal recognises adherence to the highest environmental and health standards.
